Walt Brown is a Senior Technical Specialist in the Research and Innovation Unit at eGov Jamaica Ltd with responsibility to research and conduct proof of concept for technology solutions to improve the operations of the Government of Jamaica. He has over 20 years of ICT experience with particular involvement in software solutions development and procurement, and data management. With his experience as former heads of the software development and data management departments, Walt has technical and advisory involvement in major projects to procure software solutions for the GOJ, most recently being the NIDS.
